Insurance

I do not participate in insurance networks. Upon request, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

My practice operates on a private-pay model, which allows for a more personalized and confidential clinical experience. Many individuals and families prefer this structure for the flexibility and level of care it affords, including:

• Enhanced privacy and discretion
• More efficient scheduling without prior authorization requirements
• A comprehensive, individualized approach tailored to each client’s needs


Forms of Payment

For your convenience, I accept all major credit cards and other standard electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.


Scheduling & Cancellations

Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee.


Intake & Documentation

To ensure that our time together is fully focused on your clinical needs, all intake forms and relevant documentation must be completed prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows for a more efficient, thorough, and meaningful clinical process from the outset.
