Dr. Jeff Daly is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of extensive clinical experience specializing in comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing for children and adults. Throughout his distinguished career, he has focused on pediatric and adult evaluations within his private practice and has held significant leadership roles, including serving as Training Director and Supervisor at the Family Recovery Center, as well as Testing Supervisor at both Aurora Behavioral Healthcare and Catholic Charities in San Diego.

Dr. Daly has completed and supervised more than a thousand assessments, bringing deep expertise in ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental challenges, concussion management, and pre-surgical evaluations.

Dr. Daly is dedicated to collaborating with families to provide diagnostic clarity and actionable, evidence-based plans to support success at school, work, and home. His commitment to clear communication was further demonstrated during his time as Chief Psychologist with San Diego 6 News, where he translated complex mental health research into accessible information for the public. We strive to make the in-home evaluation process clear, supportive, and well-organized from the outset. On the day of your appointment, your doctor will confirm the scheduled time to ensure a smooth and timely start.

At the time of your appointment, your doctor will arrive at your home and begin by guiding you through the evaluation process in a clear and transparent manner. This includes an overview of the evaluation structure, the expected duration of testing, the pacing of the session, and the breaks that will be incorporated throughout. Time will also be set aside to answer any questions so you feel informed and comfortable before beginning.

To help ensure the best possible evaluation conditions, please prepare a quiet, private, and uninterrupted space within your home. This space should allow for confidentiality, focus, and minimal distractions throughout the visit. A calm environment supports accurate assessment and helps ensure the results reflect your true functioning.

Throughout the appointment, the evaluation will be structured yet flexible. Breaks will be provided as needed, and pacing may be adjusted to support comfort, engagement, and reduced fatigue during testing.
